Wrap Evac Harness

The Wrap Evac harness allows you to completely secure your patient, even in extremely small and restricted spaces. A sliding head harness easily adjusts to different body sizes, allowing for cervical immobilization. Extremely versatile, the harness can even be used without the backboard for confined space rescue in vertical or horizontal configurations.

For vertical lifting, the Wrap Evac is specifically designed to compensate for slippage and sag of the patient within the harness when moving a patient vertically *provided the patient is properly secured to the device as described in the user manual*. The sliding head bed minimizes or eliminates neck hyperextension while the interlocking center chest connector locks harness cross straps in place and prevents these straps from riding up into the neck area. Ideally, both arms are maintained within the device however, injuries and opening size may prevent the use of this device in this preferred configuration.

The flexible harness protector is made of highly abrasive-resistant 1/8" (3.175 mm) plastic and conforms to body shape while completely protecting the harness and patient from abrasion during difficult rescues. This unique design prevents any hang-up potential while being lowered, while still providing full protection to the harness.
