Ice Rescue - Awareness

Pre-Requisites: None

This 1/2 day (4hrs) course gives students, who are likely to respond to an ice rescue incident, the basic theory, knowledge and understanding of what is involved in an ice rescue scenario. This course meets or exceeds NFPA 1006 and 1670 and exceeds all provincial and federal regulations for Ice Rescue.

This course is usually combined with the Operations or Technician level training
