When delays in care are possible, blood loss cannot be afforded.
The SWAT-Tourniquet is a unique and multipurpose dressing. Its name provides a description for usage Stretch, Wrap, and Tuck, but also the communities for whom it was developed - military and civilian Special Weapons and Tactics teams. These teams operate in an environment that has a high incidence of penetrating trauma, and most (two-thirds) of preventable deaths in the operational environment are from extremity bleeding.
The SWAT-Tourniquet allows a more rapid means to control extremity bleeding and allows application higher into the groin and axilla than other tourniquets. Its ease of application is one of its greatest benefits; individuals can effectively apply it in seconds with little to no prior training. At a third of the cost and less weight of other combat used tourniquets, this tourniquet should find its way forward with every tactical operator.
The SWAT-T was developed by a former Operator/Medic with 14 years experience in Operational Medicine -former USAF Pararescue Journeyman (Para-Jumper or PJ)), Contractor DoJ/FBI SWAT Operations, National Registry Paramedic, and Emergency Medicine Physician.

The ALS Extreme pack is a truly unique animal. It is designed to meet the needs of EMTs and Paramedics who perform in severe environments such as skiing, rappelling, riding snowmobiles, or helitack insertions.
The ALS Extreme sports six zippered compartments, including a removable top pocket, a fold away suspension system, and is built entirely from Cordura and high count Ballistic nylon.
It has ultra strong side handles, wand tunnels, and a hydration bladder sleeve. The body of the pack is very narrow to allow a full range of movement when on the rescuer's back. A truly unique feature of this pack is when accessing the main pocket, the back pockets rotate to the sides, creating a high degree of organization at your fingertips, and rotates back out of the way for transport. The main pocket zips open via huge #10 coil zippers to reveal a large compartment, completely lined with hook and loop compatible fabric (which will accept any of our MOS organizers), twin movable dividers, and a flap sporting two medium organizer pockets (you can add more). A nice feature of this pack is that the bottom end is designed for personal survival gear. By moving the divider, you can adjust just how much personal space you need, or remove the divider and use the space for medical equipment (You can also add side pockets to extend the range of your pack even further).
The fold-out suspension, coupled with a full aluminum frame, ensures a comfortable, stable ride, every time.
We absolutely guarantee that this is the best pack of its kind that you can buy.
This is the medical response pack carried by one of our employees when working as dismounted medic with the Canadian Forces and he constantly raves about it.
"It rides comfortably on your back (or front when also carrying a ruck) and the fold-out side pockets allow for extreme organization of your treatment modules. The top flap can be removed and used as a stripped-down response pack (I use it to hold an IFAK and ASR kit) when the whole bag isn't required. When coupled with the Conterra velcro loops, every piece of critical kit is organized to the point that I can grab the right tool even in the dark and under pressure. I love this bag!"
The Am’D lightweight asymmetrical carabiner is made of aluminum with a D shape particularly suited for connection to diverse equipment such as descenders or positioning lanyards. Its fluid interior design and Keylock system facilitate handling.
